Graph similarity: Both graphs have corresponding vertices but the absence/presence of vertices and edges (and edge weights) may differ

Two graphs (Graph A and Graph B) with corresponding vertices, but varying vertices and edges (presence, absence, edge weights), are compared.

GraphB serves as the reference graph to which graphA is compared. The differences in flows through the vertices of graphA compared to graphB are calculated.

Two '.xlsx' files are included as demonstration files with which the notebook was evaluated.
