Construct the graph
- import a list of edges and their weight
- import the x,y-coordinates of the vertices
- import the content of the vertices
Calculate centrality
- vertex betweenness, edge betweenness, harmonic centrality
- for the calculation of each centrality
  - include vertex relevance
  - exclude vertex relevance
